Biographical history
Alexander Gilray (1843-1915) was a Presbyterian minister in Toronto. He was born in Perthshire, Scotland, and studied at the University of Toronto, Knox College, and the Presbyterian Theological Seminary, also doing post-graduate studies in New York and Princeton. He ministered at College St. Presbyterian Church, Toronto, from 1875 until his death.
